Do the prices include GST?
Yes! We’re all about being transparent and making things as easy as possible. The prices listed are the prices you pay. No hidden figures will suddenly be added to your final invoice so you know what you’re in for and don’t need to worry about breaking the budget without even knowing!
When can we expect to get the final photos or video?
We guarantee delivery within 90 days. We know you’re super excited to look over the memories and relive the day so we prioritise sending your gallery back to you as soon as possible. While we spend time perfecting the final edits, we will send you a sneak peek to ease the wait!
What if I need help with my timeline?
For most of our couples, this is their first time planning a wedding so it makes total sense to be lost when it comes to the run of the day. Luckily, we’ve been to a few weddings… We’re more than happy to provide guidance and advice when it comes to the wedding day run sheet. Our best tip? Give yourself a bit more time than you think you need.
